Some random thoughts...

Here it is Sat. morning, the sun is out but it is a little cool. No one is working today. The home is about framed in, the plumber is to start on Monday, then the roof goes on.

Things will happen rapidly from now on , the target date of June looks good. Can't wait!

well , it has been real slow, we were all ready to pour cement when the snow started. but happy days the sun is out and the cement will be poured on monday and on wed framing will start.

this will be a 1600 sq ft three bedroom, two bath home. with a greaat room dining room, and open kitchen.

and every thing will be wheelchair accessible and a two car attached garage,

the basement will be set up so that we can put in a 2 bedroom apt.

we can hardly wait. we will have pictures next week, so long until then

with this being done now it is time for the water and drain pipes, and pour the floor.

Starting the digging...

It took 3-4 hours to dig the entire basement.
